"Premier Luxury has helped me over the last two years be able to travel, work and have a life while on the road! Their temporary corporate accomodations are pleasant and well equipped. It's not quite like home but it certainly is better than a hotel room. I've stayed in several locations and each one is well-maintained and with good facilities. As a woman travelling on her own, it is always comfortable to be in a building with a doorman who makes it their job to know residents. "We had excellent experience with Premier Luxury Suites. Since we were new to the Chicago area, we were not knowledgeable about the area and we needed some help finding some services. The staff at Premier was always helpful, and we were able to find needed transportation, medical care and other services during our stay.
There were a few occasions when we needed service to the apartment. When we called, we found the staff to be very responsive, and generally someone took care of the situation within an hour of our call.
We had the opportunity to use the health facilities, and the ability to get exercise was not only healthful, but helped relieve stresses. Again, the staff was helpful.
